Meteogram update … It is now possible to request a meteogram for any BGA turn point. This can be found here: https://t.co/1sL6byFtCV

Forecasts are done on the fly and take 30 seconds.

Note that for now, just forecasts for today are supported to assess use and server load.

Meteogram Update … having had requests for custom meteograms (i.e. any turn point), a working application is now being tested. If all goes well, it should be available in the next week.

Update on Track Average functions …

The code for the graphs on the track have been refreshed and both table and track are now are available is an image

System Update: The soundings function is now back and working as expected.
Do check the date is as expected on the top of the plot.
All models should be updated by midday.

System Update: The soundings function is not working as expected, so has temporary been disabled while the issue is investigated.
Target is to be reinstated Monday 4th March.

Systems update: The UK 4km and 12km models are now up to date. The viewers for the 2km models are disabled for today until refreshed overnight.

The remaining models for Wales, Scotland and Ireland will pick up through the morning.

Systems update: Due to hosting issues, model runs for Friday 22nd have not completed so all forecasts are out of date.

Restarts should complete later today for this evening.

Second Monday update. There is a new fix in place for Meteograms so that the wind/rain and cloud is now identified for the entire week.

In an unexpected change, the hosting supplier has now stated they are bringing forward the network change to tonight, Sunday the 14th of May.

Access to the RASP UI will be limited from 18:00 14th of May through to 18:00 15th of May.

Notice of platform and hosting moves:

The hosting provider has outlined a data centre move for their hosting services on the 16th of May.

It is stated as transparent, but there could be some periods of unavailability of the RASP UI on or after 20:00 on the 15th to the 17th.

The ‘Track Average’ page is unavailable due to a configuration issue. Apologies for this.

The target is to have resolved this coming week, so watch here for an update when available again.

DNS changes have been completed, so mapping and content delivery should operate as normal.

Systems update 10/3/23 - after hosting migration a few days ago, some DNS changes are required today that may affect mapping and viewers.

Graphs are working normally.

8/3/23: There was an overnight change (migration) by the hosting provider which has broken a lot of scripts.
