An important listening session this week with the Seeds of Affinity team, hearing from women on the issues they face when released from prison, including accessing safe accommodation, the difficulties navigating the system and the importance of DV counselling & support.
The @RCDFSV_SA Commissioner @NStottDespoja was privileged to be part of last weekโs FVLSAC Sista2Sista event in Whyalla. Such a great experience to observe the empowering and educative session, where the young women were given practical advice in a safe, supported way.
