Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar said on Tuesday during the inauguration ceremony of a commercial and residential complex in Balkh that the Islamic Emirate is committed to economic independence, attracting domestic and foreign investment, and supporting infrastructure projects.

He stated that the complex would enhance Balkh’s economic value and strengthen economic activity in the northern zone.

According to him, the project includes around 1,448 modern apartments and will serve as an important step toward urban development and improving people’s living conditions.

Baradar also urged investors to invest in Afghanistan and make use of the country’s natural and human resources.

He added that the Islamic Emirate is working to provide 24-hour port services and facilitate trade in order to improve the economic situation and expand investment opportunities.

That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.

Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.

Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.

As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
