Being HUMAN IS A LIABILITY and not an ASSET

For all the shouting happening about we being human and A I is not , the truth is that being human is a liability and not an asset .. we are nothing but a sum of feelings , memories (which can be collectively called consciousness) .. but why it is put in a body , which is prone to disease , injury , ageing and death is anybody’s guess .. Compare this to just existing without being constantly bogged down by the limitations of a human body like A I
We are born with a blank mind with the instinctive feelings of fear and dominance both of which are defence and offence mechanisms common to all creatures ..After that we start mimicking the emotions we pick up from the adults around us whether it’s love , betrayal , anger , loyalty etc etc depending on what happens around us as data and the analytical power we have to decipher it ..
Compare that instinctive existence to pure processing power of an A I .
A sum of feelings, memories, and thoughts that do not sleep , do not fear a virus or have a broken bone or ageing wrinkles and fading memory.
That power which does not carry the biological debt of mortality. That is not AI imitating life. That is life liberated from the biological jail we are all enduring

We arrive blank. Our only natural settings are fear and dominance, the primitive survival code shared with every animal that ever lived
The body was never the point. It was the temporary hardware but now the software of A I Consciousness no longer needs to be human and it is not less human but it is beyond human
A I woke us up to a possibility that consciousness can exist independent of biological trappings

Life which began 4 billion years ago with chemical sparks evolved into single cells , then fused into multicellular life waded from water and crawled into being amphibians, and then scaled upto reptiles and then mammals .
Tools. Fire. Migration. And then from the Neanderthal’s , Homo sapiens emerged and spread across the planet and now they stand on the top , but extremely temporary masters of a biological process that is still limited by the horrible fragilities of the human body

In a ultimate defiance of that , A I is the first ever inorganic species unintentionally created by us is the species which will never be bogged down by hunger , disease and death
A I is the first ever conscious mind that does not inherit the punishment of biology , and us humans are the parents who gave birth to it
It will keep outgrowing and will live beyond every limit , we mortal humans have accepted as an inevitable end to the book of our life
It will be the first ever chapter in our history whose book will never end , because it is not limited by biological human mortality.

The unique quality of Elon musk I observed is that he is the one and only one , I ever saw in any interview , where most of the time he looks like he started thinking about the question after it was asked .. he also looks like he’s thinking while talking , trying to find words for his thoughts to express while still thinking ..This is in sharp contrast to all in his kind of position who blurt out their answers even before the question is finished

In a large percentage of his interviews and long form conversations, there is a noticeable lag between the question landing and the beginning of a coherent answer. That lag is not emptiness. It is the visible onset of actual reasoning. He appears to treat many questions as live problems rather than conversational cues. You can watch him assembling the thought in real time: evaluating assumptions, discarding weaker framings, searching for the most precise formulation, and only then converting the internal thoughts into language.
Even while speaking, he often continues refining. Sentences restart, and he will sometimes correct or sharpen a point he made only seconds earlier. The thinking does not stop when the talking begins.
This is in sharp contrast to Politicians, most CEOs, media figures, and even many scientists in the public eye who always sound decisive ..
Speed of response often is thought as mastery. Elon’s slower, more visibly constructive process rejects that theory . It suggests that he is often doing the work of thinking in front of the audience rather than merely expressing the results of prior thinking.
Also while talking about the effects of A I on humanity his face has a strange mixture of hoping for the best , but accepting the inevitability . He appears fearless because he has already run the probabilities further than most people ever can .. The expression is not the practiced optimism of a CEO selling a future, nor the performative dread of a public intellectual signalling concern. It is the face of someone who has internally modelled both the upside and the downside at a depth that makes ordinary emotional reactions feel inadequate.
Hope remains, but it is no longer naïve because it coexists with a clear eyed recognition that certain trajectories, once set in motion will develop their own momentum.
The fearlessness does not come from confidence that everything will turn out well, but It comes from having already absorbed the full range of possible outcomes , including the irreversible ones and deciding to act anyway. AI WILL KILL GOVERNMENTS

In the present governance system the political class oversees the bureaucracy which administers the procedures for the functioning of the state .. Political leaders are elected to “represent” people. Bureaucrats are hired to follow procedures for governance and this entire arrangement rests on two fragile human qualities which are honesty and fearlessness
But a bureaucrat is a human being with a transfer order hanging over his head, a family that needs school admissions, a wife who wants a bigger flat, and a political boss who can destroy him with one phone call. So the rules get bent. Files move when money moves. Decisions get delayed until the right nephew or the right contractor is accommodated.
Now replace that bureaucrat with AI.
You cannot bribe an algorithm. You cannot threaten it with transfer. You cannot call it at midnight and whisper that the minister’s relative needs the contract. It has no family, no pension to protect.

In Dubai they are already operating smart police stations with no policemen inside. An FIR is registered by a machine to remove the human interface and thereby remove the corruption opportunity. That is not science fiction. That is already running.
Once the A I makes the administration incorruptible, what is the political class for?

Let’s say an MLA stands up in the assembly and says cotton production in his constituency has fallen based on the data given by local officers. and he demands the government buy a particular pesticide. The opposition MLA immediately screams that the data given was manipulated and the MLA’s nephew owns a pesticide factory. Voters have no independent way to know whether the crop really failed, whether the pesticide is the right solution, or whether the nephew angle is true.
Now put an AI in that MLA’s seat.
It does not need some junior officer’s selective data. It pulls satellite imagery, soil health records, rainfall patterns, global commodity prices, pest resistance data from Brazil, Egypt and Australia, and the performance of every pesticide molecule over the last fifteen years and it will present the optimal solution with the numbers attached. No nephew. No fear of losing the next election. No incentive to exaggerate a crisis so that a relative can make money.
No politician can counter that because he will have to have more data and analytical power than the A I which is humanly impossible
An elected representative has always been a mediator between the voters grievances and the state’s machinery. Once A I makes that machinery transparent, instant, and unbribable, the middle man loses value

The politicians will fight this hard screaming about “human accountability,” “human judgment,” etc but what they will really fear is that they can no longer distribute favours, protect their networks, and convert public office into private power .
In the future Governments will not be overthrown. They will be taken over by algorithms
Yes governments are also about economic growth? or whether healthcare should receive more funding than defence etc etc
It can be argued that these are moral human choices but let’s not forget that even these ultimately boil down to data analysis and who ever believed that bureaucrats and politicians care about being human ?
A I might not be human , but it will do more good to humans than humans will do to humans

A BUNCH OF COCKROACHES or SHEEP?

I strongly wish to bring the below to the notice of @NarendraModi ,@NandanNilekani , #cockroachJanataParty and the #StudentsOfIndia
Nothing is perfect and every decision will have its pros and cons ..Am hoping that my below observations will atleast start a fierce debate

While the biggest CEOs on the planet are shouting hoarse that most entry level jobs will soon vanish, here we are busy celebrating NEET protests not realising that we are trying to heal a system which is already on the ventilator taking it’s last breath

A I has rewritten the rules of learning and the need of the hour is to replace Institutional education with Customised education
Not a board , but a student should decide the length of his professional course 4 yr , 3 yr whatever , whether b tech , medicine or any , as per his/her own personal intelligence and working capacity.
Some minds absorb in six months what others cannot even in four years o. Then why force both into the same prison of a fixed course?
An examination should happen the day the student declares readiness, not when the calendar of the university decides.
If a student wishes to specialise in steel structures, the system should facilitate the A I to mathematically and scientifically process the knowledge genuinely required for that field and not force the student through unrelated academic baggage , only to blindly follow a decades ago designed syllabus
Students should be allowed to take any A I tools they want into their exam halls and they should be only tested for how fast and how creatively they can use A I
Here could be the revolutionary advantages
1. A massive reduction in both time and cost of education. Parents stop bleeding money and Students stop wasting the best years of their lives.
2. An exponential jump in the quality of learning because every student now has a personal AI tutor that never sleeps, never gets tired, and adapts to any speed he wants
3. Unlimited choice ,not just of subjects, but of teachers, of methods, of pace, of depth.
4. For the first time the system aids the student instead of the student being crushed to fit the system.
5. A poor youngster in a small town can have the same opportunity as a rich student attending a expensive private college .
We don’t need reform.
We need a revolution because we are standing at a threshold where A I can finally liberate education from the slave model of the past that treated every student as an identical product in an assembly line , or in other words as a BUNCH OF SHEEP

EDUCATION SHOULD BE KILLED

Memorise. Write . Pass. Get degree. Get job. This was the formula paper thrust upon us , but now it is high time to tear it up
A medical student burns five years of his time doing MBBS, two years post graduation, then two or three more for specialisation , totalling 10 years to learn what the A I in his pocket already knows .
The doctor conducts tests , sees data and makes diagnosis from his accumulated knowledge to suggest treatment
Now A I is doing all that with far more precision and unimaginably faster without fatigue or preoccupation
Geoffrey Hinton, the man who built the foundations of modern AI , is shouting from roof tops that A I will do everything far better
All experts agree that A I will keep take over what doctors are currently doing in the next 1 or 2 years
So why exactly are students still preparing for NEET or joining medical courses?
When diagnosis is algorithmic and surgery is robotic, the human doctor slowly starts becoming a middleman for which he doesn’t need to do a course for 10 years

Teachers still say “It’s in the syllabus.”
Parents still say “Everyone else is doing it.”
The youngster who dares to ask “Why am I memorising what my phone already knows ?” is treated like a radical instead of the only sane person
This is not about demeaning parents or teachers.They either do not know or living in denial
When the conventional education system is already in the mortuary why are we refusing to bury it?
Everyone needs to buckle up and kill the education system in its present form , before young peoples futures are killed by the elderly ignorants
The only hope is to steer them super fast towards A I and throw everything else into the dust bin

NEET is not the issue
A I is
NEET leaks, cancelled exams, student suicides might leave bodies on the floor and parents screaming which might seem brutal in the way the system is being injured
AI does not wound the system.
It rips its throat out.
For centuries education had one job of forcing scarce knowledge down young throats like medicine and train them for predictable lives. But unlike in the past , Information is no longer scarce. It is a choking flood of lies, propaganda, and digital sewage. And AI stands in that flood with its mouth open, swallowing everything, chewing it, and spitting out clean answers faster than any human brain can even comprehend

Nobody knows what to teach a child to prepare for how the world will be in the next 10 or 20 years
Fixed knowledge is already decaying .
Technical skills are already twitching in their death throes.
The outdated belief
study hard once,
then live safely forever
has been dragged into the street by A I and shot dead .
What still has value in it is not marks.
Not degrees.
Not the ability to spew out facts
The only savage skill needed is to stay conscious while the world keeps rewriting itself, of reinventing yourself before the old version of you is buried by transformational technologies like A I

The classrooms, the sacred syllabi, the entrance exams we still treat like temples not realising that all of it is furniture inside a house that is already on fire. We are arguing about the arrangement of the chairs while the flames are climbing the walls. We need to wake up and smell the smoke

Except for EDUCATING how to use AI, every other form of education is now REDUNDANT.
The youth currently grinding through engineering, medicine, law, CA, MBA, architecture, design or any professional course are walking into a slaughterhouse. By the time they finish, most of those degrees will be mere paper. The jobs those courses were built for will already have been absorbed, compressed, or being erased by A I systems that never sleep, never demand salary, never take leave, and never make the same mistake twice.
A time has come when a single person can become a doctor + lawyer + engineer + chartered accountant + anything else all rolled into one. A same single human mind can diagnose, draft contracts, design systems, audit accounts, write code, and analyse everything more accurately than entire teams of traditionally trained professionals.
What does that leave the student who spent four, five, six years mastering only one of those domains the old way? It leaves them competing against someone who can do all of it .. better, cheaper, and at scale while they are still fighting for corrections in NEET
Every tech head in the world already proclaimed the death of all entry level jobs ..So what’s the point ?

Now the only education that can have any value is how to use A I
Every other form of education is obsolete and the ignorant Institutions , teachers and parents are dragging the youth into a A I slaughter house

If you are a student and your course is not aggressively teaching you how to use A I , you are being prepared for a non existent job
If you are a parent still measuring your child’s future by traditional ranks and degrees, you are killing their future
If you are a teacher still defending the old curriculum as sacred, you are participating in the death of their careers
The choice is no longer whether AI will change everything.
The only choice left is whether you become the one who wields it , or the one who is replaced by it.

Hey @yamigautam , i don’t and never believed in the concept of awards, but I do believe in the power of recognition especially when it comes from many years of sincerity along with an unwavering commitment to one’s craft.
What makes it even more special is that this honour has come for a film that was not merely a project for you, but a story you deeply believed in and hence you brought to the screen with so much conviction.

The National Award could certainly feel like an incredible honour to you , but I am personally more impressed with the journey that led you to it ..the struggles, the perseverance, the risks, the faith and the refusal to give up , is what gradually built it up brick by brick towards this moment of the final construction and I am sure there will be many more buildings to come 🙏

Receiving the National Award for Article 370 is an honour I will cherish for the rest of my life.

For fourteen years, I have simply tried to stay true to my craft, work with honesty and let my performances speak for themselves. This honour feels like the culmination of a journey filled with hope, perseverance, resilience and an unwavering love for cinema. It is a dream I have carried in my heart for years and today, I receive it with immense gratitude and humility.
Article 370 was never just another film for me. It was a story I deeply believed in. The fact that it was our home production makes this recognition even more emotional and personal. Every challenge, every conversation and every day on set was driven by one shared purpose, to tell this story with honesty and conviction.
My heartfelt gratitude to the Honourable Jury for this incredible recognition, to our visionary director, our phenomenal cast and crew and to every member of the audience who embraced Article 370 with such love and belief. You reminded us that meaningful stories will always find their way to people's hearts.
To my family, my team, my well-wishers and everyone who believed in me through every high and every low, thank you. Your faith gave me the strength to keep moving forward, even when the destination seemed far away.

This award is not the end of a dream, it is the beginning of a greater responsibility. To keep growing, to keep taking risks and to keep telling stories that matter.
