Week 16 of 2023 at CBC. We had missionaries Layne & Nelia Jones to the Philippines with us. CBC has supported them for many years. They have been serving in the Philippines since 1985. We had several saved and 2 baptized. We had 369 in church today with 114 on the church buses.

God blessed this unworthy servant again today four men were saved three of them were baptized plus two teenagers. What a great privilege it is to serve the Lord.

Great blessing to be with Pastor and Mrs Brent Sandi Whittle at church today in Live Oak. One young man, Victor, who was saved recently got baptized. A sweet family, the Chalks, treated us to dinner afterwards. @ken_pledger

Another great stewardship service tonight at CBC. Pastor Eric Tharp invited a few men to sing with him tonight. He also preached a great message on, "Places you need to visit on your way home" from 2 Kings 2.

I jumped up on a rock in Lafenwa Market, Abeokuta, Nigeria many years ago and preached the gospel with my convert, Segun Babalola, translating for me. This was probably 2009 and I still get excited sharing Christ with Africans!!! @ken_pledger
