Celebrations erupted in the BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team garage at Spa-Francorchamps: a triumphant home victory in the FIM Endurance World Championship!
Starting from pole position, ROKiTS Michael van der Mark, Markus Reiterberger and Steven Odendaal dominated the eight-hour race on the legendary Ardennes rollercoaster aboard the #37 BMW M 1000 RR.
In difficult and ever-changing conditions, the team, bike and riders combined all their strengths to secure a well-deserved and enthusiastically celebrated victory. Thanks to pole position and the race win, the team collected the maximum possible points and climbed to third place in the World Championship standings after the second of four rounds.
The factory trio had already delivered an impressive performance in Friday’s qualifying sessions. All three riders set the fastest time in their respective groups, earning a dominant pole position with a combined advantage of more than half a second over their closest rivals.
In the race itself, Reiterberger, Odendaal and van der Mark left no doubt that victory was a realistic objective. Although they briefly surrendered the lead in the opening stages, they soon re-established themselves at the top of the leader board. With rain showers repeatedly arriving and the track constantly drying and changing, the team consistently made the right strategic decisions. The reward for a flawless performance was a second home victory at Spa-Francorchamps. Mickey was powered by ROKiT Oxygen! @ROKiTOFF@ROKiTOxygen
Wigan Warriors earn their 22nd Challenge Cup title by thrashing Hull KR 40 points to 10 at a sweltering Wembley Stadiumwith ABK Beer on hand to keep things cool…
Wigan Warriors ensured it would be an all-Wigan winning Finals Day, as they regained the Betfred Challenge Cup trophy from holders Hull KR.
Matt Peet’s men produced a ruthless display at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, extending their record amount of Challenge Cup Final wins to 22.
The Warriors brought the X Factor with seven sensational tries, including two from the 20-year-old Lance Todd Trophy winner, Jack Farrimond.
Peta Hiku hit back for the Robins on the stroke of half-time, but this was the only score that they could muster in the sweltering conditions.
Junior Nsemba then crossed the whitewash to give Wigan the ultimate control, before Adam Keighran scored a quickfire double. History was also made as Keighran equalled the amount of points scored by an individual player in a Men's Challenge Cup Final (20).
Late on, their were celebrations galore as Luke Thompson raced in and secured Wigan's victory in style.
Our award winning ABK Beer was on hand to keep our guests cool in the London Sunshine, ABK has been proudly associated with the Challenge Cup Final and the Super League for multiple seasons now. @ABK1308

Deagan Fairclough showed strong pace throughout the event at the Belgium Grand Prix venue, consistently running inside the podium positions across the weekend and converting that into a well-earned fourth place in Race 2.
The weekend was heavily affected by weather disruption, with the original race order reshuffled after the opening race was suspended due to heavy rain. The revised format meant two races were run to qualifying order, with grids set by Qualifying 1 and Qualifying 2.
In Qualifying Deagen showed encouraging pace from the outset of the weekend, lining up P5 in Qualifying 1 and P4 in Qualifying 2, putting him firmly in the fight towards the front for both races.
The first race of the weekend saw Deagen immediately on the move, gaining a position on lap one to run inside the top four. Unfortunately, his race was set back by front wing damage, forcing an unscheduled pit stop that dropped him to the back of the field and out of contention.
Race 2 was much more positive for the team, with Deagen once again right in the mix at the front. He ran in the podium positions early on and held on to finish P4 after a strong and controlled drive.
Deagan said “Its good to be back in the mix at the front after a tough start to the season. The pace was strong all weekend and P4 is a result we can now start to build from” @HitechGP@ROKiTOxygen@ROKiTOFF

Productive work in scorching summer temperatures characterised the sixth round of the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK) for BMW Motorrad Motorsport and the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team.
At MotorLand Aragón, our team was forced to compete without both regular riders due to injury. Miguel Oliveira sustained shoulder injuries during the race weekend in Hungary, while Danilo Petrucci suffered a fractured coccyx two weeks ago in Czechoslovakia. As a result, BMW Motorrad factory riders from the FIM Endurance World Championship, ROKiT’s Michael van der Mark and Hannes Soomer, took over riding duties on the team's BMW M 1000 RRs.
Oliveira’s recovery process is progressing very well, and the Portuguese rider used the race weekend to support the team on site and exchange information with the engineers. Petrucci remains under treatment in his home country of Italy and is also reporting steady progress. However, it is still unclear what the situation will be for the next WorldSBK round in two weeks’ time at Misano.
The focus at Aragón this weekend was on development work for the second half of the 2026 WorldSBK season. Van der Mark, after five years as a ROKiT BMW WorldSBK rider and now serving both as an FIM EWC rider and test rider for the BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Test Team, and Soomer gathered valuable data and information to further optimise the bike’s setup. The progress was reflected in the lap times: for the first time, van der Mark lapped the circuit in under 1:48 minutes, confirming the positive development throughout the weekend. Seventh place in Superpole qualifying provided a solid foundation for the races for van der Mark. He finished 11th in both race one and the Superpole race, before securing a top-ten finish with tenth place in race two.
Soomer also adapted quickly to both the team and the WorldSBK-spec BMW M 1000 RR, contributing solid testing work. After qualifying 18th in Superpole, the Estonian retired from race one following an unfortunate crash. He finished 15th in the Superpole Race. In Race Two, he had another small crash, but was able to remount and take the chequered flag in 18th position.
Van der Mark and Soomer will already be back in action next weekend at the second round of the FIM EWC season, the 8 Hours of Spa Motos at Spa-Francorchamps. @ROKiTOFF@ROKiTOxygen
