Success is rarely a straight path. It is often shaped by setbacks, disappointments, and the resilience to keep moving forward.
At the RPSG Group Annual Conference 2026, Kane Williamson shared powerful insights from his journey, reflecting on how challenges and hardships can become stepping stones to growth and achievement.
A truly inspiring session that left us with valuable lessons for both professional and personal growth.

As Kane Williamson steps away from international cricket, the game bids farewell to one of its finest. New Zealand's greatest batsman, a World Test Championship winner, and a rare gentleman whose talent and grace defined an era.
It has been a privilege to have him as part of the Super Giants family. Thank you, Kane. Congratulations on a wonderful career. They don't come around like you very often!
With Kane Williamson’s retirement from international cricket, another chapter of the Fab Four era comes to a close.
His legacy won’t be measured in runs and records alone, but in the dignity, humility, and sportsmanship he brought to the game.
One of the warmest people and sharpest cricketing minds I’ve come to know these last few years.
Wishing you all the best for what’s next, Kane. Glad our journey continues in the Super Giants family.
I extend my sincere congratulations to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on completing 12 years in office. During this period, India has undergone significant economic and structural transformation, laying a strong foundation for future growth.
The country's progress has been driven by a clear focus on reforms, infrastructure creation, digital adoption, manufacturing expansion, and entrepreneurship. These efforts have improved the business environment, strengthened investor confidence, and unlocked new opportunities for enterprises of all sizes, with initiatives such as Make in India and the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes further boosting sectoral growth, including in retail.
Today, India is viewed not only as a large market but also as a trusted partner, an innovation hub, and a key contributor to global growth.
Looking ahead, the next phase of India's journey will require continued collaboration between government and industry. CII remains committed to supporting investments, innovation, job creation, and sustainable development as India progresses towards the goal of becoming a developed economy by 2047.
@narendramodi@PMOIndia@FollowCII
Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji has redefined India. He has redefined the scale at which India thinks and the respect that India and Indians command across the world. His leadership has been a blessing for the country.
Today, he becomes India's longest continuously serving elected Prime Minister, at 4,399 days, surpassing a record that had stood for more than six decades.
Few leaders are given this much time, and fewer still use it to pursue change with such consistency. Over these years, policy continuity and sustained execution have created the foundations on which lasting progress is built.
As someone who has spent his life building businesses in India, I have seen how important certainty and long-term thinking are. The emphasis on infrastructure, digital transformation, ease of doing business and national competitiveness has strengthened confidence across industry and encouraged Indian enterprise to think bigger.
India's growing stature in the world and its increasing ability to shape conversations on trade, technology and economic growth are also defining features of this period.
The most defining chapters are yet to be written, and the foundations that have been laid leave me optimistic about India's future and the opportunities that lie ahead.
My deepest respect to the Prime Minister for his unwavering commitment to the nation and my best wishes as he continues to work towards building a stronger and more prosperous India.
Encouraging to see such an ambitious infrastructure vision for West Bengal.
Investments in rail connectivity, station modernisation and supporting infrastructure can serve as powerful catalysts for economic growth, job creation and regional development.
When infrastructure moves forward, people and businesses move forward with it.
The true measure of this investment will be the transformation it brings to communities and livelihoods across the state. @AshwiniVaishnaw@SuvenduWB
Today, influence extends far beyond fame. It lies in the power to shape culture, drive conversations, and create lasting consumer impact.

Delighted to see Prince Yadav selected in the Indian T20 squad for the England and Ireland series.
Having watched him closely this season with LSG, I know how much hard work has gone into earning this opportunity. A well-deserved reward for his perseverance and belief.
Congratulations, Prince. Wishing you the very best in India colours.
This World Environment Day, Shashwat Goenka isn't making a pledge. He's reporting progress.
Through Purvah Green, the Group is on track toward 10 GW - with the first 300MW underway, and with over 2.5GW of Solar, Wind, and BESS capacity currently under construction. And we couldn't be prouder.
@shashwatgoenka #WorldEnvironmentDay
Every World Environment Day my feed fills up with pledges, and I understand the instinct. But I have come to think the day matters less for what we say on it and more for what we do on the other 364.
So instead of a pledge, an update.
At @rpsggroup, through Purvah Green, we are actively working toward our 10GW target. We have the first 300MW underway, with over 2.5GW of Solar, Wind, and BESS capacity currently under construction. None of this is glamorous. Most of it will never make a good photograph. But it is exactly where the real change happens.
I am not writing this to claim we have it figured out. We do not. Scaling clean energy at the pace India needs is a capital-intensive, long-haul effort, one that demands patience, coordination and sustained belief. It is work that cannot be rushed. But the scale of the opportunity makes it worth doing well.
Here is what keeps me at it. Our children will inherit the climate we leave them, not the speeches we make about it. The same is true for all of us. The most useful thing people in my position can do is keep moving capital and capability towards the problem, steadily, year after year, whether or not it happens to be fashionable.
On a day named for the environment, that feels like the only commitment worth making.
#WorldEnvironmentDay
By enhancing operational efficiency, increasing the adoption of renewable energy and continuously strengthening our practices, we are working towards a more sustainable future, one step at a time.

Warm birthday wishes to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri @myogiadityanath Ji. In a little under a decade, he has moved Uttar Pradesh from the margins of India's growth story to the very centre of it, a state that industry no longer hesitates over but actively chooses.
A change at this scale comes from clarity of purpose, a firm hand on law and order, and a leader who set the bar high and then held himself to it first.
I have personally watched this transformation through our presence in Lucknow. The pace of infrastructure, the genuine ease of doing business, the confidence investors now feel in the state, all of it reflects a government that does what it says it will do.
On his birthday my prayers are for his good health, his long life, and many more years of service to Uttar Pradesh and to the nation.
Forbes India has named @shashwatgoenka among its next generation of leaders this week. I bought the magazine, like any father would, and there is a copy sitting on my desk.
What the profile cannot tell you is how he got here. He may have inherited a name and a legacy, but he has painstakingly learned the business over the last 15 years, working in FMCG, Ayurveda, and now renewable energy.
We come from a family that quietly builds and lets the work speak for itself. Shashwat has had that same mindset ingrained in him since childhood, just as I did, and as my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather did before me. It is the kind of thinking that creates a generational legacy.
Congratulations, beta. I am proud of you, rooting for you, and praying for your success. I am also proud to see my son-in-law, @iamDevanshJain, on this list.
What he has done is absolutely remarkable.
Despite the detractors and the criticism, he stayed true to his convictions and achieved immense success. You make us proud, Devansh. Keep going. @ForbesIndia

India is no longer one market. The same person now behaves like 3 different consumers in a single week:
1️⃣ Value-conscious on essentials
2️⃣ Pays a premium for experiences
3️⃣ Demands convenience
The Indian consumer is layered. 🧵 (1/3)
