@smutoro@CA_Kenya Both new line registration and M-PESA registration are relatively quick processes and do not require extensive time to complete. It is also important to note that the majority of customers utilizing these services are foreigners, many of whom happen to be whites.
@smutoro@CA_Kenya To my understanding, Safaricom has designated Express Counters specifically for new line and M-PESA registration. Whenever customers walk in for a new line, they are directed immediately to these counters in order to minimize waiting time.
