As part of #RTA’s efforts to embed a culture of continuous development and strengthen future readiness, the Institutional Readiness & Development Centre serves as an integrated platform for enabling leaders and employees to adopt new ways of working, exchange knowledge and expertise, and draw on global best practices.

Held over four days, Corporate Transformation Week 2026 brings together leading local, regional and international experts through an integrated programme of knowledge-sharing and interactive activities. The programme focuses on translating strategic priorities into practice and fostering a culture of change, learning and innovation, supporting sustained performance and corporate excellence while strengthening RTA’s future readiness.

ضمن جهود #هيئة_الطرق_و_المواصلات لترسيخ ثقافة التطوير المستمر وتعزيز الجاهزية للمستقبل، يشكّل مركز التطوير والجاهزية المؤسسية منصة متكاملة لتمكين القيادات والموظفين، وتبنّي أساليب عمل أكثر مرونة ورشاقة، وتبادل المعرفة والخبرات وأفضل الممارسات العالمية.

وعلى مدى أربعة أيام، يجمع “أسبوع التحول المؤسسي 2026” نخبة من الخبراء ضمن برنامج معرفي وتفاعلي متكامل، يهدف إلى تحويل الأفكار والتوجهات الاستراتيجية إلى ممارسات عملية، وتعزيز ثقافة التغيير والتعلّم والابتكار، بما يدعم استدامة الأداء والتميّز المؤسسي، ويعزز جاهزية الهيئة للمستقبل

H.E. Mattar Al Tayer, Director General, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors, Roads and Transport Authority, inaugurated the Institutional Readiness & Development Centre during Corporate Transformation Week 2026, organised by RTA over four days. The week aimed to embed a culture of change and corporate development, build capabilities, strengthen future readiness, and support RTA’s adoption of more agile operating models and ways of working that can keep pace with rapid change. 
Corporate Transformation Week forms part of RTA’s drive to embed corporate transformation as an integrated framework encompassing corporate agility, change management and capability building. It helps translate strategic priorities into practice, empowers leaders and employees to drive change and contribute actively to workplace development, and supports sustained performance and corporate excellence.

افتتح معالي مطر الطاير المدير العام ورئيس مجلس المديرين في هيئة الطرق والمواصلات، مركز التطوير والجاهزية المؤسسية، ضمن فعاليات أسبوع التحول المؤسسي 2026، الذي نظمته الهيئة على مدى أربعة أيام، بهدف ترسيخ ثقافة التغيير والتطوير المؤسسي، وبناء القدرات، وتعزيز الجاهزية للمستقبل، ودعم مسيرة الهيئة في تبني نماذج وأساليب عمل أكثر رشاقة وقدرة على مواكبة المتغيرات المتسارعة. 
ويأتي تنظيم "أسبوع التحول المؤسسي" في إطار توجه هيئة الطرق والمواصلات نحو ترسيخ التحول المؤسسي باعتباره منظومة متكاملة تشمل الرشاقة المؤسسية وإدارة التغيير وبناء القدرات، وتسهم في تحويل التوجهات الاستراتيجية إلى ممارسات عملية، وتمكين القيادات والموظفين من قيادة التغيير والمشاركة الفاعلة في تطوير بيئة العمل، بما يعزز استدامة الأداء والتميز المؤسسي.

In collaboration with the UAE Food Bank and Deliveroo, #RTA continues its efforts to support delivery riders during the summer by distributing ready-made hot meals at designated temporary rest areas across bus and Metro stations.

​The initiative covers 23 locations across key areas of #Dubai, helping provide a more comfortable environment for riders while recognising their daily efforts, their role in serving the community, and their contribution to the emirate’s delivery sector. It forms part of initiatives that enhance quality of life and support the safety of people across the community.

بالتعاون مع "بنك الإمارات للطعام" و"ديليفرو"، تواصل #هيئة_الطرق_و_المواصلات جهودها الداعمة لسائقي توصيل الطلبات خلال فصل الصيف، عبر مبادرة لتوزيع وجبات جاهزة وساخنة في الاستراحات المؤقتة المخصصة لهم بمحطات الحافلات والمترو.

​وتشمل المبادرة 23 موقعاً في عدد من المناطق الحيوية في #دبي، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة أكثر راحة للسائقين، ويجسّد التقدير لجهودهم اليومية ودورهم في خدمة المجتمع ودعم قطاع توصيل الطلبات في الإمارة، ضمن مبادرات تعزّز جودة الحياة وتهتم بسلامة مختلف فئات المجتمع.
