More and more Ukrainian strikes are hitting sites inside Russia that are clearly civilian or tied to everyday life, not the battlefield.

And yet when Ukraine does it, much of the Western media frames it as bold tactics instead of asking the obvious question: what would they call this if anyone else had done it?
