@TimesNow @navikakumar Navika, while I admire you greatly, I believe you’re mistaken here. There is no constitutional crisis. Mamata’s refusal to resign is completely irrelevant. The Governor can simply dissolve the assembly and invite the party that commands the mandate to form the government.
