We are devastated at the passing of our dear friend Kenny Klein. He will always be synonymous with Louisville, beloved locally and revered nationally.
Our hearts are with the entire Klein family and everyone whose life was better because he was in it.
Kenny Klein was, and will always be, a Cardinal Forever.

@CollegeFBPortal Not here to debate but understand different perspectives. Thanks for your honest feedback. Keep posting informative content ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฟ
@CollegeFBPortal To protect natural order of player dev. Right-age-right-stage development should mean something. Kids shouldn't opt out & RS themselves after 4 games just to transfer & get more NIL $. Speaking on my own behalf as a parent of 2 D1 fb players.
@CollegeFBPortal Yes - on an average, 18-23 are the right ages to be a college football players. Just looking at the whole picture and not the piece of the argument that questions the why/flaws. None of this is a perfect science but at least a step in the right direction
@CollegeFBPortal Being older won't necessarily translate into being better. We're living in the land of older middle & hs aged kids competing against normal age/grade kids only to peak in hs. Coaches know what to look for.
@CollegeFBPortal I think we're just making 2 different points now. Part we're missing here is either you're 6'5 250 & can run like a deer or you can't. Doesn't matter if you're 17 or 20. Parents have conflated age with skill. FB isn't hockey or LAX. All good.
