Can I not get a generic response first @AsdaServiceTeam ? Ie is it reasonable to expect him to turn up no earlier than the start time, or should I be available, say, 30 mins early incase he’s in a hurry?

@AsdaServiceTeam How early (before a chosen 1-hour slot) is it acceptable for a driver to arrive? And if I am unavailable to receive my shopping before my slot starts, can he legitimately leave and cancel my order)?

@eventim_uk Any ideas when @edsheeran tickets can be sold on FanSale? T&Cs say ‘a few weeks’ after original sale at that time has passed. Other fans still want to buy yet I can’t help. Was given the barcode number but when I try says has to be done via the app. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷‍♀️

@nectar Looks to be a recurring theme here this morning - we’ve had £70 worth of points spent by someone else yesterday!! Weirdly I spent £10 myself in store, and two hours later the nectar account was empty. What’s happening? Sounds like a breach/scam!

@British_Airways It isn’t the ‘type of aircraft’ I need to know - am after assurances that the same issue isn’t going to happen coming back with an entire section of a plane with no screen/power. How do I find tail numbers and plans for which aircraft is flying us?
