Absolutely dreadful service from @AsdaServiceTeam today. Shopping was due between 9:30-10:30am. It is now 3:40pm and still isn’t here. I’ve had no communication. I have a dog that needs to go out but I can’t take him out because I don’t know if my delivery is coming.

My shopping from @AsdaServiceTeam finally turned up at 7pm. I spent the entire day indoors waiting, unable to take my dog out for a much needed walk. I had no food in. I spent hours on the phone repeatedly getting fobbed off and disconnected.

It’s why we didn’t want to set up a DD but apparently they “don’t accept” SO and the only alternative to DD is paying in full every month.

I’ve said it before but I’m saying it again. @SP_EnergyPeople are by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of being a customer of. My DD went out correctly at the correct time and yet they have taken it again today. This happens on a VERY regular basis.
