For the longest time you’ve seen me quiet. Don’t mistake silence for weakness.

This is to put it on record:

Radio & Weasel is Magic Goodlyfe Limited.
All our works and collaborations were created, released, and are 100% owned by Magic Goodlyfe Limited. We were a head of time in terms of copyright.

No individual, no entity, and no CMO has the right to collect royalties for Radio & Weasel. All exclusive rights belong to Magic Goodlyfe Limited.

I have the power to issue and withdraw any mandate, any time I choose.

1. Ownership: The entire Radio & Weasel catalogue was created, released, and registered under Magic Goodlyfe Limited. All masters, publishing and performance rights are held by the company.

2. Authority: I, Seguya Douglas Mayanja aka Weasel, am the sole remaining Director of Magic Goodlyfe Limited. I have full legal authority to issue instructions on behalf of the company.

3. Radio's Interest: Any rights attributable to the late Mowzey Radio reside within Magic Goodlyfe Limited.

4. Estate Status: No administrator has been appointed for the estate of the late Mowzey Radio, and no shares in Magic Goodlyfe Limited have been transferred. As sole Director, I manage the company’s affairs and assets.

5. Collaborators/Features: All featured artists were contracted and paid under Magic Goodlyfe Limited for those recordings. Performance rights for those masters belong to the company, unless UPRS can produce valid contracts proving otherwise.

Therefore, my instruction stands:

UPRS must immediately cease all licensing, collection, and administration of the Magic Goodlyfe Limited catalogue, trading as Radio & Weasel.

If UPRS believes any third party has a superior claim to any specific work, the burden is on UPRS to produce those contracts. Until then, remove the entire company catalog.

This is not about being “famous on a song”.
This is about corporate ownership and legal mandate.

No negotiations. No meetings.
