Diet/routine

This is actually the smallest I’ve been in awhile. 1.5-2.5 hours a day jiu jitsu just makes you smaller size wise/wears the muscles out for lifting at max. Is what it is.

At my peak muscle I did the Alex Hormozi/Jack Reacher actor work out. I was NOT do doing jiu jitsu heavily at this time.

I still do this, but I go lighter so I still have strength to roll and am cutting for competition.

Aka lift full body, every day, heavy, get 200 grams+ protein, sleep. Then fast one day a week to stay lean.

Anything else is over complicated mumbo jumbo to sell courses.

I’m absolutely furious with my dog skoot.

Get this. I come home and he got into a bottle of laxatives and chipotle and crayons.

He then left the biggest Cardano on the floor. He then tried to cover it by selling it to our fat short low IQ neighbour for $3 as an investment.

I then went over to his house to apologise and inform him my dog actually tricked him.

He then got angry and told me I know nothing about investing and said his wife’s lover would come beat me up if I ever came back.

My little lying dog has created so much tension between us and our short fat balding neighbour. Skoot is gonna have a a real time out in his cage for this. Jeez.

You can drink n be successful.

It just takes so much more willpower, suffering and is 10x harder.

It’s so much easier to crush it sober because motivation n excitement come so much easier.

Theres 1000 other arguments n points… but it’s simply that.

A high level life is 1000x easier to achieve if you don’t have the alcohol weight weight tied around your ankle.

If you drink, every time you do you just throw your entire system out of wack and realistically takes a week or so to get it all back.

If you care about winning n max fulfillment in life it’s like taking 2 steps forward and then 1 back.

It makes doing everything so much damn harder.

If you want success on easy mode, abstain.

I wish I could give you some relief here and tell you it’s gonna be okay, be patient.

But I’m a fucking psychopath. Fully comfortable playing financial Russian roulette with 3 bullets in the chamber.

3am Tuesday.

Done : Cold shower. Red light therapy. 4 injections. 25 AM pills. 5 minute hiit work out.

To do : 8-10 hours of work. Full body work out. 1.5 hours of Jiu Jitsu. 2 hours of guitar. Sauna/meditation. 40 more pills.

Get it all done, every day. Remind filthy "no try hard" 6am+ waking warm shower takers of their lower value in society.

Pound it back n lets get to work.

The world’s in a sad state right now. Corruption, degeneracy, etc at all time highs.

This doesn’t require your attention or focus at all. The solution is make money, get passports.

A problem so easy to solve deserves little energy. Most however have it backward. They instead devote all their energy focusing on the problem via social media/news etc….and no energy on the solution.

99% of the people complaining about culture or politics on social media have put ZERO effort in making money or acquiring the ability to live anywhere.

It’s like complaining CONSTANTLY about a disease that is easily curable by eating oranges….instead of just focusing on eating oranges.

Once you are aware of an obvious problem, the only thing that needs focusing on is the obvious solution. No more mental anguish or frustration is required to solve it.
