At Pipochart, we're building a trading intelligence engine. It's substantive, challenging data work, with real room to grow. We're expanding our team and looking for engineers to join us:

[Backend Engineer]

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Building APIs with FastAPI
- Working with ClickHouse and PostgreSQL (time-series and relational data)
- Designing data pipelines and integrating external APIs (REST, OAuth2, webhooks / streaming)
- Workflow orchestration (Airflow / Prefect / Dagster), Docker and Git
- Familiarity with data-lake / object storage and batch/stream processing is a plus

[LLM Engineer]

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs / foundation models (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models)
- Prompt and context engineering, and RAG design (embeddings, vector databases such as pgvector / Qdrant / Pinecone)
- Building LLM-powered applications: agents, tool / function calling, and structured outputs
- Evaluating and hardening LLM systems (evals, guardrails, reducing hallucinations)
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar) and LLM observability / tracing
- Fine-tuning or adapting open models (LoRA / PEFT) is a plus
