Trading perps is war - it's you vs. the crowd.
๐ข Introducing Birdeye Perps: the market intelligence platform built to help you own your edge.
Not another leaderboard. Not another PnL tracker.
It's a decision layer that turns raw perps data into visual intelligence and actionable signals. Starting today with @HyperliquidX ๐
If you are using Codex data, we (@birdeye_data) offer you data FREE OF CHARGE to test our products and services quality. Why? ๐
It's pathetic for a company to build a whole website (with full of lies and misleading facts) to talk down on their top competitor and to anchor their name to a better one, but that's what Codex did anyway. The worse part is using client names to promote such lies. Let me get this straight:
- They can't give a meaningful comparison, only use minor statistic under controlled condition to make a bias conclusion. This is like saying Kia i10 has higher ground clearance and thus it's better than a Ferrari.
- What's the most important aspect of financial data? Accuracy! Wrong data -> wrong decisions, and sometimes it's worse than having no data at all. Make that quality comparison and we'll see how it goes.
- You can't use clients' name publicly for this purpose - you just can't. There're reasons why you failed to attract more major names, and maybe saving time from doing this kind of marketing to improve your data quality may help a ton.
I thought I've seen enough in crypto, but this is wild.
really enjoyed this
two things stuck with me after the read:
1 is how "doing things" closes distance faster than our ability to feel responsibility for what we've done
2 is that distance turns events into stories, yes, but it also turns trauma into something survivable. if we constantly feel the full weight of everything happening "in the shared space", we'd be pretty much paralyzed
just my two cents

Now you've made me want to spend a slow afternoon having proper tea.
Tea, much like childhood to me, stays a vital but almost invisible part of the journey through life. They both exist through tiny corners around us: You eat at a restaurant, and tea is served to clean your palate. You get tired on a hike, and some kind stranger offers you a gulp of warm tea in a small bottle they packed. You visit your grandparents, and after a hearty meal, they pull out their tea set and start slowly making tea while asking you when you'd finally, finally get a damn husband/wife and produce grandkids (or to quote your words, interrogations one cannot refuse). The topic of tea somehow just instantly calms my mind and calls me back to my own small cozy moments of the past, and it feels nice getting to have a glimpse at yours where you allow, too.
Thanks for this nostalgic piece of writing, I enjoyed it very much! (with my cup of hotel grade tea ironically)
