As a few items did not suit me, we initiated a return request on 22 June 2026. On 30 June 2026, a Delhivery executive visited my address for the pickup (1/4)

Please arrange an immediate pickup for the pending return. Coordinate with H&M to ensure my refund is processed without any further delay, as the missed return window is a direct result of the failed pickup. @delhivery can your team please assist ?

On 30 June 2026, a Delhivery executive arrived to collect my return. I had two return packages ready. While he accepted one package, he refused to collect the second package, claiming that it had failed the quality check (1/4)

Since then, despite raising multiple requests and following up with H&M, no fresh pickup has been scheduled. Today is 6 July 2026, and my eligible return period has already expired due to this failed pickup, which was entirely beyond my control (3/4)

@hm Today is 6 July 2026, and my return window has now expired. I have already raised two return requests and have been assigned Case ID 123795563. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution, nor has another pickup been scheduled. (3/4)

@MyntraSupport Hi, this issue still persists hence I am raising it here. The product has been picked up on 7th! After that, there was an attempt made to pick up the same product on 9th but since it has already been picked up, it says that pickup failed.
