The Tier 1 restaurant-dense neighborhoods in Indian metros go toe to toe with many global cities imo.

Only difference is Tier 2 & 3 neighborhoods abroad can also have good options which isn't the case here. This way they also batter us on overall volume.

And lack of public transport makes commutes to these culinary hubs painful.

Also, there'll be 'few' foods or cuisines simply not available here which is a bit of a differentiating factor.
