EMR has established a dedicated call line for those customers and their families who were directly involved in the incident on Friday night. The line is staffed by trained colleagues who will be able to help with queries including the return of personal possessions and, from Monday 22 June refer customers and families to the British Red Cross should further support be helpful. The telephone number is 0333 212 59 34 and is open as follows:
Mon-Fri 07:00 - 20:00
Sat 08:00 - 20:00
Sun 10:00 - 20:00

Passengers should expect disruption on @TRailUk and @EastMidRailway services.
