I'm a wee bit slow in coming to this as the latest edition of The Southern Way, No 73, was published last week. Cracking frontispiece Gromit, Grange Road with M7 No 30053 in attendance. https://t.co/KUHES6DStu
After this performance the band did an interview saying this was the best performance they have ever done. Just this song. Everyone was on cue. Perfect. Not a note missed by anyone. Pitch. Tone. Timing. All perfect. They said they never performed this good ever before. And you can clearly tell.❤️🎶

Righto, back to the more positive stuff eh?
How about this one from Wednesday? A #SignalboxSunday feature on the curious signalbox at Knaresborough. It's built into the row of houses it adjoins!
It's a pretty line the Harrogate Loop, I'm glad I've been able to have a snoop!
People are often critical of Victoria Beckham but to see this outpouring of emotion here from her as England scores a goal shows her deep connection with both football and the team.

Been visiting friends this week, three hour drive each way, mostly Motorway.
Looked at the car windscreen this am and only 8 dead insects.
A few years ago the windscreen would have been plastered.
Where have all the insects gone?

Here he is again as backing singer! I love how this lot are ego-free and all happily sing back up. Good on Nikki for standing aside for that guitar break.

@railnigel When I was young (1960s), that it was for the lower orders was the common view of ITV and people made a point of saying they didn't watch it.
Absolutely. He is also an astonishingly talented guitarist too who often does backing vocals. The talent Darren M pulls together in that basement is awesome.
