@DoT_India @TRAI Time n again ur DND 2.0 app have been proven ineffective. I've made repeated complaints regarding vulgar promotional SMSs from 'ANKITA' getting delivered by @VodafoneIN. Complaint status is not updated in your app at all! And you've taken no action. Disgusting!!

@Shutterstock Purchased a 365 day plan on Dec 1 last year. Downloaded only 2 imgs. Now I'm told that my plan has expired. When asked y no email reminders were sent, I'm told that "reminders aren't sent". That's deliberate so that you may FORFEIT users money! Daylight robbery!!!

@DoT_India @TRAI Although registered in full DND, this is the 2nd time I'm getting same prom. SMS. Both the times reported via DND 2.0 app. @VodafoneIN taking no action but closing tickets! DND app isn't helping. UCC no.: 532967846, 533041688, 533041796, 540531076. Ty.

@DoT_India Is it mandatory for @VodafoneIN to update the status of my comp. in the DND app? Just spoke to a lady from Voda who disagreed n asked me to check @TRAI site. UCC complaint # 540531076 for vulgar promo SMS shows no status either in the app or in the website! @DoT_India what to do?

Although I've lodged repeated complaints to STOP sending promotional vulger SMS, neither @VodafoneIN nor @DoT_India / @TRAI is taking any action. Today 1 more SMS received. Yes I'm registered in DND, yes Voda has already marked these SMS as non promotional in nature. Disgusting!!
