Posting help for new buyers:
Setup!
-When first powered on, by default it will be the default Chinese settings and language. Navigate to the “gear” looking icon which is settings. The first option in the settings menu is language, navigate right until English is shown, usually just within a click or 2.

CrossPoint
-The easiest method to install CrossPoint is by flashing your SD card
-Go to: https://t.co/EKxcqnR043 and scroll down to the “Have a locked device?” section
-Do as it says in “Flash from SD card”
-For clarification, download the firmware file first and copy that to your SD card. Reconnect your SD card back into your XTEink. THEN plug it in to your PC/laptop with a USB, and hold the side power + up buttons to perform the flashing. If all went well, after about a minute it will manually reset and boot Crosspoint. That’s it, all done!

Alternative Method

-Download the Unlocker software, which will admittedly be more tedious with the steps, but their proprietary unlocked software will do the trick. This is a last ditch effort.

-Go to your display settings, change Sleep Screen to “Custom”
