But the rising trend of creators forcing you to "remix" in order to audition on insta is really getting on my nerves and I just gotta say something. It's just a way to use VAs for free promo 😭

@septemberaven Same!! Auditions should prioritize finding the ideal voice, not make it a popularity contest and public auditions always worry me that's the criteria they'll cast upon 🥲

@TheaSolone Absolutely this! I have no problem helping promo projects I'm either a part of and/or genuinely am interested in, but forcing it as a requirement audition, knowing only one person is ultimately gonna get the role, is just not it 🥲

@FS3K_Art I'd say just hold regular auditions! I've talked to several VAs about this recently and the general consensus is that public auditions is a frustrating way to ask VAs to audition. Email/Google Forms are some of the best options for casting in my opinion!
