Greenspan noticed long rates were low and not rising.

Basically positive REAL interest rates that works against using leverage.

@lowe_jeff @MikePMoffatt Australia and New Zealand have superannuation. Basically individual RRSP dor their CPP and OAS. Only good thing is it is self-funded. It is worse jn outcomes for retirees. It also inflated housing by letting people borrow from it for house purchases and funds often have high fees
