Meanwhile my bag is sitting in Oslo while I need to get it to Reykjavik (and you already canceled one flight on me) and there's no customer service people to talk to ANYWHERE. l've now tried Oslo and London and you have no staff, pathetic.

So I’m flying to Tokyo today with @Delta and I go up to the desk to ask what it would cost to upgrade to Premium Select. She told me on day of departure I’d have to pay for a whole new ticket. Seems dumb when you have 15 empty premium seats but guess you don’t want my money lol.
@Delta Same goes for website too. And I’ve been checking for the last 5 hours or so. So I assumed I had to do it at the airport at that point and nope. Seems a bit silly.

Stuck at the Austin airport all day long because of @AmericanAir and missing a whole day of my trip to Madrid (if I even get there tomorrow still). Here’s the whole story…
I feel like the least @AmericanAir can do is refund me some points for this hellish itinerary situation they’ve caused. I’m only in Madrid for 2 days and 1 of those days is gone. And that’s a best case scenario if everything runs smoothly from now on. Do better AA.
