The Readiness Training Institute

Professional-grade security and emergency preparedness training for everyday people and communities.

[Andrew Daub @TheResoluteLife]

You are always the Immediate Responder.

I’ve been training civilians, families, churches, and businesses in this belief for years — mostly in the margins around my work with @TeamIronWill. We just made it official.

The Readiness Training Institute is open — and I’m proud to say I have an outstanding team of veterans, law enforcement professionals, emergency medical specialists, security consultants, and civilian preparedness experts already on board, with more joining us soon.

Our mission is simple: equip everyday people with the skills and mindset to protect themselves, their families, and their communities

RTI was born from a sobering reality observed over decades of combined experience in law enforcement, military operations, and emergency medicine: when the worst happens, professional responders are almost never the first ones on the scene. Historically, survival in the critical opening minutes of an incident depends entirely on the people already present. Recognizing that most civilian training was either too theoretical or too aggressively tactical for the average citizen, our founders set out to build a new standard. We built RTI to distill life-saving tactics into practical, repeatable actions that anyone can learn. We exist to transform bystanders into capable Immediate Responders.

If you’re in Missouri or the Midwest and want real, practical readiness training — come find us.
