if you mean pen recorders, I've interviewed numerous special forces people. You put the pen recorders in the office where your target is if you're a bomber. That way you know if Hegseth is sitting at the table or if it's canceled the assistant secretary, sitting at the table. Mitch would want to know that before pressing the red button.
