There is so much we can learn from Lord Krishna.

He was playful and mischievous as a child, yet always stood for truth and dharma, without ever hurting the innocent. He was a symbol of love, courage and wisdom.

Despite all his struggles, he carried an incredible sense of peace and calm.

A child, a lover, a warrior, a guide- there is a part of Krishna that everyone can relate to.

Perhaps that is the beauty of Krishna- divine, yet deeply human. 🦚💙

On this day, I think about the India our freedom fighters dreamed of - an India they fought for, sacrificed everything for, and believed would one day flourish.

They did not know what the India of tomorrow would look like, but they had faith in us. Today, we are the people they placed that faith in.

Freedom is not just something we inherited; it is a responsibility we carry. Each of us has a role to play - by giving our best in our own fields, being responsible citizens, preserving our values, and contributing to the progress of our nation.

May we build an India that is once again a सोने की चिड़िया - prosperous, strong, united and full of possibilities.

May we always be worthy of their sacrifices and their faith in Bharat. 🇮🇳

The language we choose reflects our personality and the kind of person we are. Choose your words wisely, because over time, you become what you think, what you speak, and what you practice.

Using bad language is not cool. Abusing is not cool.

Let’s keep the definition of cool simple: being hardworking, kind, respectful towards others and yourself, striving to be successful through honesty, and making your parents and your country proud.

THAT’S COOL.

I’m speaking about this because, over the past few years, the way we perceive abusive language has changed. For many, using such words has become so normal that it’s even considered “cool.” Without realizing it, people casually use degrading and disrespectful language in everyday conversations.

I have mixed feelings about this one. I’m happy that I was able to improve my performance, but at the same time, I know I could have done better.
What makes me happy is seeing that the hard work is showing. There’s still plenty of room for improvement, and that’s what keeps me motivated.

At this point, it’s about the lives of the future of our nation. It’s about us.

I am a student, and at one point, we all were students. Every child deserves access to education, safety, and a fair chance at life. These are not privileges—they are fundamental rights.

The students and children who lost their lives were meant to be the future of our country. Their dreams, their potential, and their futures should have been protected.

This is not about promoting or opposing any political party. It is about speaking up for what truly matters—education, the environment, safety, and accountability. These issues affect every one of us, regardless of our beliefs.

I take immense pride in representing my country. That is why it is deeply heartbreaking to see the students suffer like this. We owe them more. We owe every child a future where they can learn, grow, and dream without fear.

Thank you @sai_bengaluru for making my time in Bengaluru truly worthwhile. The atmosphere was inspiring, motivating, and filled with such positive energy.

I’m already looking forward to the next training sessions in Bengaluru.

A heartfelt thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and special thanks to the RD, the shooting staff, and the sports science team for their constant support and care throughout my stay.

And somewhere along the way, I also fell in love with Bengaluru.. the beautiful weather, the warmth of its people, and of course, the unforgettable ghee podi masala dosa. Until next time!
