On a day as today - the International Day Of The Girl Child, everyone must be reminded of these facts:

...From Risi who is 10 years old, to Ngozi who is 35, up to Hajia Ramat who is 76, every woman matters.

...The Girl Child is not second class to her male counterparts on any level.

...Female Genital Mutilation is absolutely barbaric and inexcusable.

...Violence against women ought to be met with the full force of the law.
