@PM4Imposters Oh... Just sort by the tag "customer exception" it will filter the roadmap to the features you asked that are also linked via the "innovator" field I use to track the sales and AE associated with those abominations.
I don't even have money in this fiasco but wow, what a case study for the 202Xs
Business Strategy Protip: Never take a heavy hand in how masses of people may spend their money.

@dtalach@ErikVlugt@iainkennedy @scharnell @phazlehurst I do agree, generally ๐. I do have an honest question. If refactoring is so high, would the effort be considered planned instead of unplanned? Trying to picture your example in my existing model warrants the refactoring to be considered as planned 80% work, not unplanned 20%.
@ErikVlugt@iainkennedy @scharnell @phazlehurst@dtalach The team has to be comfortable with things crossing in and out of the backlog and sprint. It feels almost like Kanban, I dare say Scrumban, but it works amazingly well.
@ErikVlugt@iainkennedy @scharnell @phazlehurst@dtalach I've been running the 20% rule for capacity to expedites, incidents, unplanned work, bugs and tech debt to much success the past few months. Planned work is handled early and when "there's nothing to do" we fill the remaining capacity.
