We are up $𝟮𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 today at Mizkif Global. We are back over a million dollars. $𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟴,𝟰𝟯𝟵.

The S&P rose 𝟬.𝟯% today. Nvidia reported after the close and took us the rest of the way.

Nvidia did $96.2 billion in revenue, up 106% from a year ago, and earned $2.22 a share against the $2.09 Wall Street wanted. Next quarter's guidance came in almost $4 billion above what analysts expected. Jensen Huang said they have supply lined up for 70% growth into 2028 and that demand is running higher than that.

Every chip we own moved on it after hours. $MU went from $936 to $970. $NBIS went from $214 to $227. $SOXX and $BE both jumped. During the regular session Mizkif Global actually lost $752. Then the bell rang and it gained $11,815.

✅ WHAT WE DID

Bought $𝟱𝟬,𝟴𝟰𝟰 of $GOOG at $𝟯𝟯𝟴.𝟵𝟲. Alphabet fell 𝟭.𝟮% today while the rest of tech went up, so we added 𝟭𝟱𝟬 shares to the 𝟮𝟬𝟬 we already had.

Tried to buy 𝟮𝟱𝟬 shares of $NVDA at $𝟭𝟵𝟳.𝟭𝟳 before earnings. The order never filled and we cancelled it. Watching the after hours move now, that one stings.

❌ WHERE WE WERE WRONG

$GOOG cost us $𝟴𝟱𝟯 today, and we bought more of it on the way down. If Alphabet keeps sliding we will have averaged into a falling stock.

WHERE WE STAND

$111,623 in cash and all of it is settled and spendable now.

$DKS is up 4.3% since we caught it Tuesday after its worst day ever. That is $1,890 back on a stock everyone was running from 48 hours ago.

Nvidia just told the whole market that AI spending is not slowing down. We are holding every chip we own.

Netflix is making a serious push into gaming next year. The company is expanding its downloadable library and investing in cloud gaming as it looks to compete with established platforms like Xbox and Steam. The technology behind cloud gaming still has a long way to go, but Netflix is clearly playing the long game. Adding the GTA trilogy

Why would they buy the rights for rockstars event tomorrow? Why would rockstar HURT their event tomorrow for this? Netflix paid out the ass for a reason.

Mizkif Global made $𝟭𝟱,𝟲𝟲𝟰 today buying the same chips that hurt us yesterday.

The S&P rose 𝟬.𝟰𝟭%. Mizkif Global rose ���.𝟲%, four times the market.

Mizkif Global closed at $𝟵𝟵𝟳,𝟮𝟰𝟰.

Yesterday memory chips got crushed on a report that Washington may let Apple buy from Chinese suppliers. Today buyers came back for them ahead of Nvidia, which reports Wednesday after the close. Oil and Treasury yields both backed off, which helped everything else.

Nothing about those companies changed in 24 hours. Only the mood did.

✅ WHAT WE DID

Sold all 𝟮,𝟳𝟱𝟬 shares of $RIOT at $𝟮𝟭.𝟮𝟯 for $𝟱𝟴,𝟯𝟴𝟯. It rose 𝟲.𝟲% today and we sold into that.

Sold all 𝟱𝟱𝟬 shares of $UBER at $𝟳𝟵.𝟴𝟬 for $𝟰𝟯,𝟴𝟵𝟮.

Sold 𝟳𝟱 shares of $VOO at $𝟳𝟬𝟯.𝟮𝟬 for $𝟱𝟮,𝟳𝟰𝟬.

Bought $𝟰𝟰,𝟬𝟮𝟮 of $DKS at about $𝟭𝟮𝟱.𝟳𝟴. Dick's Sporting Goods had its worst day on record, down 𝟯𝟬%, after missing earnings and cutting full year guidance from $𝟭𝟯.𝟱𝟬 to $𝟭𝟰.𝟱𝟬 down to $𝟭𝟭 to $𝟭𝟮. Foot Locker comps fell 𝟯.𝟲%. We bought the panic and set a stop at $𝟭𝟮𝟭.𝟬𝟲, so the loss is capped if we are wrong.

Bought 𝟴𝟬 $NFLX call options at $𝟴𝟳 for September 𝟭𝟭, $𝟱,𝟰𝟰𝟬 total. Netflix needs to move about 𝟵% in three weeks for those to work.

❌ WHERE WE WERE WRONG

$DKS is already down $𝟰𝟴𝟯 since we bought it this afternoon. Catching a knife that just fell 𝟯𝟬% is exactly as comfortable as it sounds.

$RKLB cost us $𝟱𝟱𝟮 more today, down 𝟮%. It has now fallen four days straight while everything around it bounced.

WHERE WE STAND

$162,298 in cash, though almost all of it is from today's sales and does not settle until later this week. Real buying power right now is $7,287.

The winners: $BE +6.55%, $RIOT +6.6%, $AMD +4.93%, $NBIS +5.19%, $MU +2.43%.

Nvidia reports tomorrow after the close. We are holding everything into it.

I have called this.. Netflix will run GTA 6. August 27th will showcase that. They want to be a one stop shop for gaming and all things entertainment. They're going to release GTA The Trilogy on Netflix for release that day, and announce in the future GTA 6 will be available as well. It only makes sense.

Why else would they pay tens of millions to have the right for this press release? Wouldn't GTA want everyone in the world to watch not just Netflix? Always question the reason.

Netflix has discussed bringing Peacock & Fox One into its app which would turn Netflix’s distribution advantage into a hub where users stay inside its ecosystem even when content isn’t its own.

Mizkif Global closed at $𝟵𝟴𝟭,𝟱𝟴𝟬. Today cost us about $𝟭𝟮,𝟭𝟵𝟬.

Three things moved the market and only one of them was about technology.

Memory chips got hit. Reports came out that Washington may let Apple buy memory from Chinese suppliers, which would hand a piece of Apple business to Micron competitors. $SNDK fell 9%, $MU 5.88%, Western Digital 7%. Samsung falling 9% overnight on a buyback that disappointed made it worse, and with Nvidia reporting Wednesday nobody wanted to step in and buy the dip.

Washington opened a second front on Iran. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced Operation Economic Outcast, new sanctions on Iran's oil, shipping, gold, aviation and crypto, plus more than 60 companies and vessels. Sanctions like that add a risk premium to anything that ships or burns fuel.

Trade talks with Canada fell apart. Trump threatened 50% tariffs on Canadian cars, trucks, auto parts and steel starting in January, and Canada says it retaliates on September 8. A tariff is a tax on parts, so anything built out of steel costs more to build.

The result: the S&P fell 0.28% and the Nasdaq fell 0.76%. The Dow was the only green index, up 0.26%. $MU fell 5.88%, $RKLB 5.95%, $AMD 3.49%, $SOXX 2.60%. $CAT fell 2.04% as well, and Caterpillar has nothing to do with Nvidia.

Mizkif Global is heavy in chips, so a chip day is our day.

✅ WHAT WE DID

Sold $𝟰𝟬,𝟬𝟯𝟬 of $NFLX at $𝟴𝟬.𝟬𝟲 to raise cash.

Bought $𝟮𝟰,𝟱𝟯𝟯 of $BE. Bloom Energy said Brookfield grew its infrastructure partnership with them from $𝟱 billion to $𝟮𝟱 billion in nine months, and the backlog is now $𝟮𝟬 billion. Revenue last quarter was $𝟭.𝟬𝟳 billion, up 𝟭𝟲𝟱%.

Bought $𝟯𝟭,𝟲𝟵𝟱 of $NBIS. Nebius raised $𝟰.𝟱 billion in convertible notes to keep building data centers, the stock fell 𝟮𝟭% in a week on the dilution worry, and we bought that drop.

❌ WHERE WE WERE WRONG

$MU cost us $𝟱,𝟴𝟱𝟭, $AMD $𝟯,𝟯𝟬𝟱, $RKLB $𝟭,𝟳𝟮𝟴, $CAT $𝟭,𝟬𝟭𝟯, $NBIS $𝟳𝟭𝟴, $TTWO $𝟲𝟭𝟮, $SOXX $𝟲𝟬𝟴.

Most of today's damage is one bet wearing different tickers. Chips, and the power to run them. We built it that way on purpose, and on a green chip day it pays the same way in reverse.

WHERE WE STAND

$56,753 in cash, though $40,029 of that is the Netflix sale and does not settle until later this week. Biggest holding is $VOO at about $200,000. Winners were small: $BE +1.35%, $AMZN +1.32%, $RIOT +0.86%, $GOOG +0.83%.

Nvidia reports Wednesday. We are not trimming into it.
