#NanoFrazor !
These nanoholes expand to 180 nm after oxygen plasma, making room for single DNA origami.

@Flaming_Star59 The NanoFrazor uses thermal scanning probe lithography (t-SPL) where an electrostatically actuated heated tip induces local material modifications. The patterning can be seen as intermittent contact mode, while the imaging is in contact mode.
