how do you even talk to a therapist about the heavy stuff? Like yes i get anxious about hw, make no eye contact and have trouble sleeping but also I feel fundamentally moustrous and deserving of punishment.
I was eating normal so I could pass my exams, got 25% on my first one and I’m for sure failing the statistics one. Fuck it, binge week binge month I don’t fucking care I’ll kill myself by December

@pixyrot It’s difficult to make your diet to be less calorie dense without also feeling tired and hungry, and eventually binging, that’s why people always go on about protein and fiber and macros. Also a lot of “dieters” also go heavy on the gym, another reason to watch their macros.
