BREAKING:

Cuba intercepted an illegal speedboat one nautical mile off of its coast early Wednesday morning. When approached by Cuban personnel, the speedboat opened fire and wounded the commander of the Cuban boat. The ensuing shootout also resulted in four killed and six injured on the violating speedboat’s side.

The offending speedboat had Florida license plate registration.
