I was radicalized early on. Most are just catching up to me.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about, just Google “2015-16 New Year’s Eve sexual assaults.”
All of it could have been avoided if the people in power in Western countries hadn’t ignored Cologne and had kept the borders shut.
Allowing savages into your countries in the name of “inclusivity and diversity” was a well-planned agenda. Every leader who let this happen should be brought to trial.
In 1985 I made the USA World Championships Gymnastics Team. I placed 3rd at the Trials, my highest placement to date as a young gymnast.
At Worlds, on my 8th and final event I fell. It was a devastating fall. I missed a release move and tumbled to the ground. My right foot was stuck while my body spun around the knee. I knew it was bad. I screamed, or thought I did. No one came. It felt like forever on the raised platform, no coach, no trainer, no doctor while I writhed.
Eventually my coach realized I wasn't getting back up. They rushed to me. The trainer thought my knee was dislocated and he attempted to push it back in place. It wasn't dislocated though. My femur was broken - we didn't know that yet - and he was pushing bone against bone.
My dad joined me in the ambulance. I remember sobbing -- "What am I going to do now? I don't know how to do anything else. This is all I want to do."
He cried too. We assumed my career was over. He said: "You can do anything you want to do. You're smart and you can be anything you want to be. You're just getting started." He was right in so many ways.
But all I wanted then was to be a gymnast.
I was taken to the nearest hospital and rushed into surgery. It was a French speaking hospital and we didn't fully understand what anyone was telling us.
When I came out of surgery a doctor who spoke English told us "It was a broken femur. Not her knee." We cheered. We were all so happy. My coaches, my parents, me. Bones often heal better than joints.
I left Canada on crutches with a full leg cast. When I got home to Pennsylvania, my doctor changed the cast to a lighter one, with a hinge at the knee. And I went back to the gym. I started training right away.
8 months later, in June 1986, I walked into the arena in Indianapolis for USA Championships. No one thought I'd be there. Everyone thought I was done. Forever.
I knew I wasn't done. Not yet.
I won. I became the National Champion less than a year after breaking my femur on the world's stage.
Never give up. Never.
Enjoyed spending time with Paul Dykshoorn from Kent State University at Tuscarawas. Turns out he also teaches robotics at Buckeye Career Center. We had a great discussion about how education isn’t one-size-fits-all and the importance of multiple pathways to success.
For those who saw the presidential trivia questions earlier:
(1) QUESTION: One then-future President suffered a flight with so much turbulence that he developed a fear of flying and traveled only by train for years afterwards. Which President?
ANSWER: Ronald Reagan. Details on the 1937 flight are scarce, but apparently the combination of bad weather, turbulence, and the early dangers of aviation left Reagan unwilling to fly for about three decades. His career eventually forced him to get back on a plane, but he apparently never really got over the fear of flying completely. As a presidential candidate, he was congratulated on overcoming his fear, but he joked: “Overcome it? Hell! I’m holding this plane up in the air by sheer willpower!”
(2) QUESTION: On the flip side, some Presidents enjoyed flying so much that they got their pilot’s license. Which Presidents?
ANSWER: Dwight Eisenhower, George H.W. Bush, and George W. Bush. Eisenhower had a pilot’s license but never earned his Army wings. The senior Bush famously served in World War II and was shot down while flying a mission near Japan. He completed his mission, with his engine on fire, before being forced to bail out. He was later rescued by a submarine and received the Distinguished Flying Cross for his valor. The younger Bush served in the Texas Air National Guard, but he never saw combat.
(3) QUESTION: Which First Lady earned the moniker “Our Flying First Lady” because she embraced air travel in its early years? She contemplated learning to fly but never did.
ANSWER: Eleanor Roosevelt. She reportedly handled the controls of a plane while flying with her friend Amelia Earhart but she never completed formal flight instruction.
Benny hits the nail on the head, as usual:
“Stop electing leaders that continue to fail you.” It is, after all, the definition of insanity. Voting for Karen Bass is a vote for even more needles, hobos, human shit, fires, and crime.
Vote SPENCER PRATT for the change we need.
🚨HERO ALERT: CRY HARDER, CAIR!
Indiana's Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith is a damn HERO, and every American who values truth needs to have his back RIGHT NOW.
Yesterday, he looked the demonic death cult of Islam square in the eye and said what millions of us already know: He HATES Islam.
He called it exactly what it is — a “demonic death cult” that demands total submission, treats women like property, curses non-believers, and commands conquest over every infidel on the planet.
And he gave Hoosiers explicit permission to hate dangerous, evil ideas again.
Then he made the distinction crystal clear: He loves Muslims as individuals and prays they come to Christ.
That’s not bigotry. That’s sanity.
But here comes CAIR, the same terror-tied group labeled a foreign terrorist organization by Gov. Greg Abbott in Texas and Gov. Ron DeSantis in Florida, throwing their usual disgusting smear.
They’re inviting Beckwith to a mosque to “engage with Muslim constituents” while whining that his words “could increase fear and hostility” toward Muslims.
This is their oldest, slimiest trick: deliberately conflating the IDEOLOGY of Islam with individual Muslims.
Islam is NOT a race.
Islam is NOT a person.
Islam is a totalitarian political-religious system of domination.
It is a set of ideas - ideas that say men are superior to women, that apostates and homosexuals deserve death, that non-Muslims must submit or pay the jizya, and that jihad is eternal.
Those ideas are in the Quran, Hadith, and Sira.
They do not get a free pass from criticism just because some Muslims choose to ignore the ugly parts.
You can hate the ideology with every fiber of your being and treat every individual Muslim with basic human decency.
Beckwith gets it. Amen!
CAIR pretends not to, because their entire grift depends on you never noticing the difference.
The media won’t tell you Texas and Florida have designated CAIR a terror group.
They won’t tell you CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest Hamas financing trial in U.S. history.
They just run the clip and let CAIR play victim.
Enough.
Stand with Lt. Gov. Micah Beckwith.
Call evil evil.
Hate the ideology.
Love the people.
It’s good to be anti-Islam.
It is NOT good to be anti-Muslim.
CAIR, your conflation game is exposed.
The American people are done being gaslit.
Barbara Walters writes:
Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still countless others have never known how Ms. Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country, but specific men who served and sacrificed during the Vietnam War.
The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot. The pilot's name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat. In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF Survival School was a POW in Ho LoPrison, the "Hanoi Hilton."
Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell, cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ's, he was ordered to describe for a visiting American "peace activist" the "lenient and humane treatment" he'd received.
He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed, and was dragged away. During the subsequent beating, he fell forward onto the camp commandant 's feet, which sent that officer berserk.
In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from double vision (which permanently ended his flying career) from the Commandant's frenzied application of a wooden baton.
From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the 47FW/DO (F-4E's). He spent 6 years in the "Hanoi Hilton". . . The first three of which his family only knew he was "missing in action." His wife lived on faith that he was still alive. His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed and clothed routine in preparation for a "peace delegation" visit.
They, however, had time and devised a plan to get word to the world that they were alive and still survived. Each man secreted a tiny piece of paper, with his Social Security Number on it, in the palm of his hand. When paraded before Ms. Fonda and a cameraman, she walked the line, shaking each man's hand and asking little encouraging snippets like: "Aren't you sorry you bombed babies?" and "Are you grateful for the humane treatment from your benevolent captors?" Believing this HAD to be an act, they each palmed her their sliver of paper.
She took them all without missing a beat. . . At the end of the line and once the camera stopped rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs, she turned to the officer in charge and handed him all the little pieces of paper...
Three men died from the subsequent beatings. Colonel Carrigan was almost number four but he survived, which is the only reason we know of her actions that day.
I was a civilian economic development adviser in Vietnam, and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in 1968, and held prisoner for over 5 years.
I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one year in a cage in Cambodia; and one year in a 'black box' in Hanoi. My North Vietnamese captors deliberately poisoned and murdered a female missionary, a nurse in a leprosarium in Banme Thuot, South Vietnam, whom I buried in the jungle near the Cambodian border. At one time, I weighed only about 90 lbs. (My normal weight is 170 lbs.)
We were Jane Fonda's "war criminals."
When Jane Fonda was in Hanoi, I was asked by the camp communist political officer if I would be willing to meet with her. I said yes, for I wanted to tell her about the real treatment we POWs received. . . and how different it was from the treatment purported by the North Vietnamese, and parroted by her as "humane and lenient."
Because of this, I spent three days on a rocky floor on my knees, with my arms outstretched with a large steel weight placed on my hands, and beaten with a bamboo cane.
I had the opportunity to meet with Jane Fonda soon after I was released. I asked her if she would be willing to debate me on TV. She never did answer me.
These first-hand experiences do not exemplify someone who should be honored as part of "100 Years of Great Women." Lest we forget. . . "100 Years of Great Women" should never include a traitor whose hands are covered with the blood of so many patriots.
There are few things I have strong visceral reactions to, but Hanoi Jane's participation in blatant treason, is one of them. Please take the time to forward to as many people as you possibly can. It will eventually end up on her computer, and she needs to know that we will never forget. See less
Holy smokes. Stephen Miller says he believes that the fraud and waste being uncovered by the Anti-Fraud Taskforce is so widespread, that dealing with it could balance the budget:
"This is the fastest in history that a government task force has traveled from creation to action."
"Fraud is every bit as bad as President Trump said it was, and even worse ... I believe from what I've seen, from what I've heard, that we could balance the federal budget if the only dollars that went out of the Treasury went to individuals who were properly, lawfully, correctly eligible."
If that's even 50% true, we owe it to the American people to not stop until every red cent of fraud is rooted out.
🚨 JUST IN: Vice President Vance CONFIRMS IT — "We've referred over $22 billion in fraudulent small business loans back to the Treasury for collection. We've deferred more than $1.3 billion in fraudulent Medicaid reimbursements that were coming from various states, particularly California."
🔥🔥🔥
"We put a 6 month hold on enrollment for new hospice and home health care providers because so many of the newer hospice providers were not actually providing hospice services, but we're just focused on fraud."
"We've recovered taxpayer funds from the $135 billion stolen after the floodgates were open in the immediate aftermath of COVID."
"We have found $6.3 billion in suspected fraudulent government contracts, which were mostly awarded during the last administration and that has stopped."
"And finally, we've blocked $60 million in student aid fraud that should have gone to young people trying to get an education, but instead we're going to fraudsters." @RapidResponse47
Major success, and more is coming!
John Thune did not look happy at all after a reporter reminded him that he spent months trying to push President Trump into endorsing John Cornyn, only for Trump to turn around and back Ken Paxton.
That moment said everything.
The Senate establishment thought they could pressure Trump into protecting their guy, but MAGA voters are not asking for more weak Republicans who talk conservative and then fold when it matters.
This is what happens when you refuse to pass the SAVE America Act.
This is what happens when you stay weak on the filibuster.
This is what happens when Republican leadership keeps acting like the base should just shut up and accept whatever Washington wants.
Thune tried to play it calm, saying Cornyn is “effective” and that nobody controls what President Trump does.
Exactly.
Nobody controls Trump.
Nobody owns MAGA.
And the old Senate club is finding out that endorsements are not handed out as favors anymore.
You either fight for the movement, or the movement moves past you.
Thomas Massie is DONE.
Massie voted against tax cuts. Against the wall. Against ICE. Against deportations. Against the President’s agenda.
Massie’s constituents elected Trump by a 40 point margin! Massie betrayed them.
Tonight, Kentucky fired Massie for it.
MAGA wins. The end
🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Transportation Sec. Sean Duffy just DEMOLISHED insufferable Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D)!
GILLIBRAND: Your [America250] road trip was paid for by companies you oversaw!
DUFFY: Do YOU have jurisdictions over law firms? You received $7 MILLION DOLLARS from the TRIAL BAR!
GILLIBRAND: Oh my god!
DUFFY: You receive $7 MILLION DOLLARS, and you have jurisdiction on the trial bar! Want me to go on the list of WHAT ELSE you received?
GILLIBRAND: This hearing is about YOU!
DUFFY: I didn't make any money [on the road trip]. Maybe YOU should answer for getting $7 MILLION from the trial bar! $7 MILLION. That goes in state dinners, to put your ad on TV, that's all to YOU! YOU spend that money.
GILLIBRAND: You are using your position for political ways.
DUFFY: $500K from the TRIAL BAR to fly you on a PRIVATE JET! They paid for you to fly. Answer to that. I made NOTHING. They put your face on TV, your dinners, your vacations. I make NOTHING on this. I make no money.
@SecDuffy 🔥🔥🔥
One of his BEST MOMENTS YET.
She's this outraged over Duffy's America250 "Great American Road Trip," by the way.
BOMBSHELL: Here is the entire opening statement from CIA whistleblower James Erdman lll. He testifies that Dr. Fauci's role in the COVID cover-up was INTENTIONAL.
He stacked the intelligence community's analysis with conflicted scientists funded by NIAID who pushed the natural origin lie while obfuscating facts around a lab leak from Wuhan, China.
CIA managers retaliated against analysts who refused to go along with the middle-of-the-night rewrite that buried the lab leak conclusion.
Wow.
So proud of my @CivilRights colleague @hamill_law and these young athletes for standing up for what’s right in fighting for women’s sports and privacy, being violated by California.
🚨THE WORLD FAILED SALWAN.
Sweden set him up, stripped his protection, persecuted him for exposing Islam's threats, and then stayed silent as his blood soaked the floor during a livestream.
They knew about the $2 million bounty, the fatwas, the jihadist hunters, and they did nothing.
The West looked away. The media buried it. Leaders refused to say his name. But I will never EVER forget my friend - or let you forget him!
We must SAY HIS NAME — SALWAN MOMIKA.
DO NOT FORGET HIM.
He was assassinated for defending free speech, for warning us about the Islamization swallowing Europe and now creeping into America.
His murder was a message: Criticize Islam, and you will be hunted. Executed. Erased.
Almost one year later, where is the justice?
Where is the outrage?
They now say the suspect fled to Iran, and Sweden plays games while the killer hides.
Salwan stood tall when others bowed.
His voice echoed truth, and his fight continues through us.
Rest in power, my friend. Your sacrifice will not be in vain.
HE WAS SO FULL OF LIFE - HE WAS TRYING TO SAVE ALL OF US!
We will keep fighting. We will keep remembering.
