Do not trust the stated pull rates on simplified chinese boxes. The famous gengarchu chase from 151c surprise was seeded one per case of booster boxes last year.

People would rip the cases and rip booster boxes until they pulled the gengarchu, then sell the remaining sealed loose booster boxes for pure profit because the price of the gengarchu was approximately the price of the case.

It is unclear if any non-seeded gengarchus were ever printed.

Regardless, the chances of pulling the gengarchu chase from a loose booster box at this point are effectively zero!!!
