@KingOfLighting Imo I think if you're going to include Brook's flashback in Elbaph, this is the time to do it. Otherwise you'll be riding a high with imu that'll likely end the arc, and the flashback would feel more like an appendage that loses the hype. Telling both at the same time is the play
@RonDeSantis I don't think this is the argument you think it is. Plenty of laws have been created based on wording of the Constitution, and it doesn't erase the SC interpretations before or after such a law like this was passed.
