When I fly I always have 2 checked bags. @SouthwestAir charging for the 2nd bag now PLUS downgrading the reward credit card to only give 1 point per dollar spent -basically rewarding the wealthy & taking away from everyone else - such a shame. I have used SWA for decades loyally.

Over the years @SouthwestAir has cancelled / delayed flights - had me stay overnight in a city ‘cause they didn’t have a pilot, lost baggage, broken luggage & now charging me $125 saying my bag is 2 inches to big? When I’ve traveled with this same bag for 12 years?

Really @SouthwestAir - charged me for a bag I have traveled with on your airline for 12 yrs+ saying it was oversized by 2 inches?! I’ve never had this problem before. I’ve been a dedicated SW flyer & have your CC- BUR staff esp. STAR was so rude!! Need another airline!!!

@LADWP @KTLA @NBCLA @ABC7 @fox11news This is not the case. The Oder is one thing but it’s the musty dirt taste of the water that is also alarming. It doesn’t taste good nor clean. Something really needs to be done.

@LADWP what’s going on with the water?? It tastes like moldy dirt and from what others have posted it seems it’s an algal bloom problem. What are you doing about it??

@BirdeeEm @CD12LA From what I am reading and hearing it’s an Algal bloom issue which isn’t safe for humans or animals to drink (and animals can’t bathe in it either).

@DisTrackers @funkofinderz Pretty much. My order arrived completely damaged and they won’t sent replacement boxes AND instead of GON they sent me an Eric Draven pop. Haven’t event responded on that yet.

Get to Nashville airport and waited over 2 hours to pick up my car rental from @thriftycars - horrible!!! And they gave me a smaller vehicle than what I had booked. Really disappointing.
