When are we fixing the ping issue? From 9 ping to 25 and spiking to 45 and sometimes 60 on both live client and tr servers

EUW should be coming back up over the last 7 minutes, traffic will be running out of Paris for a bit in case you notice higher ping further east and lower ping further west.
