@AmericanAir AA! I've been an advantage member 4 over 30 yrs & today I had literally the WORST experience with a phone agent from Advantage Cust service. RUDE & HORRIBLE. I need some help and he refused to do what I asked, when I asked for a supervisor, he hung up!!! #unhappy
