@PayamVarno The only place I've documented making those Barium Titanate caps is here https://t.co/f9fP3SJXEK I haven't done compressing and heating (sintering). The materials you need depend on what capacitance and breakdown voltage you need, so there is no best dielectric.

@Jig_shri You can. It's not the best solution since you have to keep the lens pointing at the sun. You'd have to come up with some way to capture and then condense the vapour back to clean water.
