@SingaporeAir why does your check-in crew impose different rules in DEL? The very carry-on bag I flew 3 legs with in business class is now not being allowed as carry-on baggage from Delhi. Why? No explanation.
@SingaporeAir Started this request via email to KF contact on Feb 28. Followed up dozens of times. Last response via email was on April 25 saying they are still working on it but have not responded to my request for escalation and prioritization.
@SingaporeAir can someone pls explain why it takes months to correct a name and DOB on a Krisflyer acct? Shocked at how poor this customer experience is. And the request is still pending even while several follow ups have happened.

The website only allows to choose one size for a suit. An associate from your call center tells me that means the jacket and pants size will be the same. How ridiculous is that?
@MonosTravel your customer Svc is so insensitive to LA fire victims who are trying to replace luggage they lost in the fires. Being asked all sorts of questions and being offered a paltry discount? Most companies are offering 30-50% off. You need to do better.
