@XboxSupport the OneGuide app is no longer working. It says my channel line up has been lost and asks me to rescan for channels. Repeated scanning results in the same error. Many others are having this issue so it is not my Xbox. Please fix it so I can watch live tv again.
@NaZ0000M@AnthonyFrankDu3@XboxSupport If he's having the same issues I am, OneGuide isn't working. It continues to ask me to set up my tv listings, but even after I do, OneGuide doesn't show any TV channels. I've rebooted my Xbox and still nothing.

@xboxdmascus@tearfalls@XboxSupport None of this works. These steps would help if it’s the individual Xbox that is not working. This is a server side issue that is affecting people across the country. This happened a week ago as well, and Microsoft’s fixes it on their end.

@XboxSupport The channel guide shows “No info available” on all channels. This happened a week ago or so and you acknowledged and repaired it. It’s not happening again. I have included a current picture.
