@permos1982 @DaveGreber4 You are correct. What's missing from that statement is that it is the first crash involving a US reg. airliner since Flight 3407. Not the last fatal incident. There was the 2018 SWA Flight where the woman died after the window blowout and she was sucked halfway out of the plane.

Pilot dead following a plane crash in Youngstown, NY. The aircraft, a Cessna 208, was being used for skydiving operations at the Shear Airport. The female pilot, and sole occupant, was killed. Local authorities are on scene. Federal investigators were notified and responding.
