@DougRussell@Lemonzapper08 I understand that. Competitiveness is great, but isn't the ultimate goal winning a World Series. Sometimes, you have to go all in and try.
Packers. Don’t care about any offensive coordinator. The offense is MLF. And it will make little if any difference who he picks. MLF not changing how he does offense . Been that way going back to Mike Holmgren
The worst take that I have is that I think LaFleur gets the benefit of the doubt by fans because of his good looks. I hate having that take but, I do have that take. Many of these people would not like these early playoff losses if we were coached by a Gross
The Brewers say they play to win each day, not to worry about the next day. In that sense, It was correct, but I understand what the Brewers were doing.
@RobWed70@Bill_Michaels@Brewers “Waving the white flag” is incorrect. Truer to say the Brewers strategically aligned their bullpen for the Cubs series.
Bad day.
And, in an effort to upset everyone, allow me to say:
I appreciate the additions of Priester, Vaughn, Jansen. I appreciate the patience in Woodruff and the not trading away Miz last deadline both paying off.
This is a good team that deserved help.
But today was bad.
As a Brewer and Wisconsin sport fan, I'm used to being disappointed by our teams, and the lack of winning a championship. I just hope I see a world series before I die.
It's okay to be disappointed when your team doesn't do much or anything at the trade deadline. Don't let yourself be lectured by people trying to convince you otherwise
@jeff_orloski Typical Brewers! Remember, they are in the entertainment field, so we should just be happy. we need an owner who wants to win a worldseries, not to make him more money.
