My Ola S1 Pro with 80% battery degradation is stuck at the service centre. Paid โน14,000 AMC + Ola Care, but they are asking for 3 MONTHS just to repair it! โ
I will not sit quiet and pay EMIs for a dead scooter. I demand an immediate battery replacement.

@OlaElectric Same sentence from two different ppl. Don't you think that Ola is creating the hype by adding fake posts increasing the visibility or creating that rush.
@OlaElectric All the positive posts seems to be paid ones. Don't get fooled. I have a scooter for 4 years now had couple of issues where resolution took months time and now they are not even considering to open a job card to check the issues and its been there outside service center for 1mnth
@OlaEV_Support Hundreds of scooters are lying at service center without resolution and no proper ETA. It will be total loss for you get any major issue in this EV. Do Not Buy Ola

@OlaEV_Support Booking appointment even before confirmation from customer is not at all acceptable. Ive already visited the service center but they said it will take time to open jobcard.
