▶️Procurement remains a mess.
▶️The Navy can barely muster ships.
▶️The army is hollowed out. We have not replenished supplies sent to Ukraine.
▶️From 1997 to 2019, all Gov't failed on defence. The last Gov't started to turn it around, but not quickly enough.
▶️Now, there is simply no excuse.
Gen. Richard Barrons is right to sound off. All three authors of the most recent strategic defence review have now warned of the failure to spend.
