Preliminary estimates suggest that the damage could exceed 100 billion rubles ($1.1 billion+), making it the costliest logistics disaster in Russian history.

The raw scale of the devastation: Massive footprint: The Elektrostal facility spanned 215,000 square meters—more than three times the size of the infamous Shushary Wildberries warehouse that burned down in January 2024.
